Approximately nine-thousand years ago in Central and Southern Mexico the beginning of many domesticated crops began. Maize, Amaranth, Beans, Pumpkins etc. These domesticated crops would become the foundation of sustained energy necessary for the development of the rich and complex civilizations that emerged and flourished in what is known as Mesoamerica. What does this have to do with my energy medicine work? The domesticated crops are only a symptom of a collective movement toward civilization. Many loose traditions and peoples were gathered, consolidated, and organized under four main schools of thought, the Continuing Tetzkatlipoka Tradition being one of them. It's practices were structured in a way so they could be passed down in a highly methodical and organized manner as part of a large network of cultural evolution.
